Breaking Down Barriers

Current insurance models are trending towards shorter length of stays in hospitals and skilled nursing facilities. Their goal is to get patients home as soon as possible. Often times, this means individuals are coming home with the need for more help with their mobility and with taking care of themselves. This leaves little time for caregiver training as well! With lack of education about how to care for your loved one, taking them home can feel overwhelming.

So what can we do?
